Domestic Violence Offender Management Program

The DVOMB

The State of Colorado Domestic Violence Offender Management Board (DVOMB) Division of Criminal Justice, Colorado Department of Public Safety (700 Kipling Street, Suite 1000, Denver, CO, 80215, tel. 303-239-4528) is statutorily authorized to create the standards for domestic violence offender treatment as well as qualifications for approved providors doing that work.  The DVOMB standards identify the requirements for applicants.  The DVOMB does not pre-approve classes for provider training.

Program Overview

The School has designed classes it believes will meet the training requirements of the DVOMB.  However, only the DVOMB is authorized to approve domestic violence treatment providers.  

One Day Course - $70.00

Two Day Course - $140.00

Three Day Course -  $195.00

Each class may be taken separately as a "stand alone" class.  Students must successfully complete all classes they select to earn the Certificate in Domestic Violence Offender Treatment.  Distance learning and independant study courses are also available.

The School's Certificate in Domestic Violence Offender Treatment requires 210 clock hours of instruction.  Relevant undergraduate, graduate and CAC certification coursework may be transfered into the certificate program to complete the 210 clock hours of required education.
